The Annual MEF Gala and Auction celebrates our children and our schools and is our biggest donation event of the year. This celebration brings parents, teachers, school administrators and city leaders from all over Millbrae together to show their generosity, kindness and amazing sense of community. Last year, our gala & auction raised $253,000.

Let the Good Times Roll!

It’s time for Millbrae Education Foundation’s 7th Annual Gala and we’re going all in for Millbrae Kids! Last year we raised over $250,000 in one magical night - come be a part of breaking that record! Join us this year for our Live Auction, Fund the Future and Casino Donation Event.   We need you and all your friends to participate - on any level - to continue the good work that Millbrae Schools are doing.  Help us continue funding for teachers and staff  as they provide music, physical education, STEAM programming and reading support across the district.

The Theme: Casino Night

The Night's Agenda:

5:00 pm: Check-in begins

6:00 pm: Doors open

6:30 - 8:30 pm: Dinner and exclusive live auction

8:30 - 11:00 pm: Dessert, coffee, 360 photo booth, dancing and entertainment by DJ Myky. Casino tables open.

Welcome reception, 3-course dinner with wine service, live auction, casino night entertainment. A portion of each ticket will go directly towards this year's $750,000 Annual Fund goal.

Ticket confirmation:

After successfully registering, you will receive an email confirmation. Printed tickets will not be issued. Attendees must check in upon arrival for admittance.

Table Seating:

Dinner will be assigned seating with 10 guests per table. To assist us in grouping tables, please indicate your school(s) and other seat grouping preferences. If you wish to be assigned to a table with specific guests, enter their first and last names in the indicated field during registration (e.g. Meadows/MGSA Softball; Spring Valley/Jane Doe, 2nd Grade Parents). If you have no table preference, please include your school followed by "none" (e.g. Lomita/none).


Parking will be complimentary at the Hilton during the Gala.
